Great Computer, Nightmarish Customer Support, I love this computer. E 'inovative, fresh and fantastic. I can not say enough about the computer itself.

HOWEVER

Be aware that while the Asus customer service is populated by educated, well-intentioned, good people, their system is fundamentally flawed. I sent my computer to repair the keyboard and touchpad. My daughter (bless her little heart) has spilled a drink on the laptop. The customer support people were incredibly friendly and willing to help me return the laptop for repair. I was thrilled. I called on Monday for an updated status. I was told that the computer was already on the road for me. Fantastic! My ecstasy was hightened!

Acer will put a Windows 7 version of its popular Aspire One netbook on sale on Oct. 22.

Fast, Lightweight, And Excellent Sound, This is a good all-around laptop. I hated watching movies or programs on my computer, but with excellent graphics and sound, this is true. You must download the content, or at least online shows no DVD (which is why it is so clear). I wish it was Bluetooth, you lose a USB port (you have three) for a transmitter. The touchpad is sensitive enough that I often miss my mouse. As for the battery 12 hours is not an exaggeration. It can be if the power cord too.
